Into the Woods is an annual summer campout supporting intentional, intergenerational exchange via the arts. The weekend curates a stellar line up of workshops, discussion and experiences to deepen connection to self, develop a connection to the land and explore connection with others. Location is 185 acres of natural beauty on Pomo lands/Mendocino County north of San Francisco at Groundswell Community and Retreat Center.

Registration includes all festivities, workshops and frivolities, as well as lodging, all meals, and access to the full retreat center and spa. 

Programming includes morning yoga, workshops, creek side tea party with site specific performance, pond side picnic, fire side drag show, hikes, heart space & ritual, spa day, and artists salon.

Laura Perlin's 2019 workshop:

Your Heart Unfolding: You are invited to participate in an experimental spiritual practice rooted in body & breath, listening & sharing, solitude & community. We will be exploring the intuitive wisdom of the body, listening deeply, and speaking with vulnerability. Open to all; bring anything you need to be comfortable lying down or for maximal physical comfort. Curriculum draws from yoga, Ayurveda, Sakha, and radical faerie traditions, as well as the spontaneous alchemy created by those in attendance.
